Mini Breathing Sphere

The mini breathing sphere magically expands from 13cm to 30cm and is very addictive! physical therapists and yoga educators experienced that it works as a great visual to demonstrate breathing exercises by trying to match the inhale with the expansion of the sphere and the exhale with the collapse.
