The finis alignment kickboard utilizes a hydrodynamic design to improve body position and streamline during swimming. The kickboard features an elastic band that you can tuck your fingers under eliminating the need to hold the board by hand. This ensures perfect alignment while swimming from fingertips to toes. When used correctly the alignment board sits just below the water surface allowing swimmers to lengthen their body and maintain a well-streamlined appearance. The finis alignment board is small and compact in size. Due to its narrow width the shoulders are subjected to less strain.
