the pl-002ppa brazing torch is a propane-air torch with an injector (nipple) mixing system. it is designed to be supplied with propane-butane gas (mixture b according to pn-82/c-69000) directly from a 2 kg gas cylinder and atmospheric air. application the pl-002ppa torch is designed for brazing small parts made of steel and non-ferrous metals. it can also be used for heating burning etc. related processes. the thermal power of the torch depends on the size of the cap the type of gas the gas content in the cylinder and the ambient temperature. when using the largest cap no. 3 you can braze with ls45k ls45 silver filler metal with a strip thickness of 1 mm or a wire diameter of 1 mm or with lmf copper filler metal with a rod diameter of up to 6 mm. the surface of the sheets to be soldered should not exceed 100 cm2 and a thickness of 1 mm and the bars should not exceed 10 mm in diameter.
