The beco leg swimmers are flotation devices for use during aqua jogging aqua aerobics and aqua steps. You can use the leg swimmers also sometimes called foot floats or cuffs in shallow and deep water. If you use the leg swimmers in deep water you can optionally use them in combination with an aqua jogging wet belt. The leg swimmers are made of soft and flexible pe foam and fit comfortably. The leg swimmers feature a velcro closure and are easy to put on and take off. The leg swimmers offer high buoyancy providing significant resistance during exercises in the water such as aqua jogging exercises. The leg swimmers are ideal for effectively training the leg muscles. In combination with other aqua fitness equipment in the hands you can perform a total body workout that trains the entire body.
