It is perfect for drilling holes in very hard tiles. Rubi has used vacuum brazed vacuum brazing technology in the production of the drygres premium series drill bits. Thanks to this technology the drill bits withstand the higher temperatures generated during operation which positively affects the drill bit's lifespan. The rubi 06918 can be mounted on any angle grinder with a standard m14 thread. The lifespan of drill bits depends on their diameter. Smaller drill bits i.e. those with a diameter of 6 to 12 mm have a lifespan of 60 holes while drill bits with a diameter of 20 to 85 mm have a lifespan of ~150 holes.**illustrative photos
