For attachment with bolts you need to drill small holes in the starting block. Attachment with straps makes it possible to attach the track-start upgrade to the starting block for a single training session and remove it afterwards. The track-start platform is made of stainless steel and has an anti-slip polyester top. The platform features a movable heel push-off which is adjustable across 7 positions. The heel push-off can also be placed at the back of the starting block for team relays so it does not get in the way.
