Delivered disassembled. The garden smokehouse is designed for smoking meat fish poultry cheese sausages and other sausages. The temperature can be monitored with a built-in thermometer which is not included in the package. The recommended temperature for regular smoking is around 75°c. You can reduce the temperature by closing the draft damper in the firebox or by opening the smokehouse door. Separate the smokehouse from the firebox with a flue of standard diameter 120 mm and a length of at least 1 m. The draft of the firebox can be regulated with a damper. We recommend burning hardwood without bark in the combustion chamber.
