Together with renowned swedish outdoor chefs trangia is launching an outdoor cookbook featuring recipes designed to inspire readers to take a different approach to outdoor cooking. We hope this resonates with a new generation of outdoor cooking enthusiasts. A collaboration with local outdoor chefs nathalie spjälle and eric tornblad. The book is divided into three sections: brunch dinner and snacks and contains dishes for everyone from meat eaters to people with gluten intolerance and vegans. The book bears the nordic eco label is climate-neutral and printed on fsc standard mix paper to minimize environmental impact. A percentage of the proceeds goes to the swedish association for nature conservation.
