{"product_id":"vacuum-pressure-pump-16-parts","title":"Vacuum-pressure Pump 16 Parts","description":"the vacuum pump is a multifunctional device used to diagnose systems in cars and technology that operate on the basis of pressure or vacuum. it is equipped with accessories enabling use in almost any engine or system.measuring range: from -1 to 0 bar. purpose \/ application the pump can be used to diagnose among others  computerized engine control devices: - barometric pressure sensor (baro) - pcv system - exhaust gas recirculation (egr) - thick film pressure sensors (map)  ignition control devices: - vacuum ignition advance - retard valve: sdv rcv  braking system: - conventional brakes - abs brakes - air brakes - brake lines - brake servo  other systems: - air conditioning - cruise control - fuel tank and fuel system - vacuum door closing system usage diagnostics of the exhaust gas recirculation (egr) system the egr system valve is an example of a valve activated by in the absence of vacuum the valve is closed and exhaust gases do not escape from the valve. if vacuum is applied to the valve it opens allowing exhaust gas recirculation. diagnostics of thick film pressure (map) sensors •assemble the pump and reservoir system as for bleeding brake calipers and then connect to the sensor's vacuum port.•press the pump lever until the pointer shows -0.5 bar. Stop pumping and observe the pointer; it should remain stationary. If the pointer moves this indicates a faulty map sensor.•during operation the map sensor sends feedback signals to the control computer. the signal has a frequency between 85 hz and 160 hz depending on the vacuum level. a frequency meter is required to measure the frequency; it should be connected according to the sensor and meter instructions. bleeding brake calipers. •make sure the brake system reservoir is filled with fluid to its nominal capacity. •bleed the brakes in the following order: - brake master cylinder if equipped with a bleed valve - brake calipers in order from closest to the master cylinder to furthest •connect the short flexible hose to the port located on the underside of the master cylinder reservoir cover. •close the master cylinder reservoir with the cover. •connect the long flexible hoses to the cover ports. Connect one end of the long hoses to the master cylinder and the other to the bleed valve (nipple) on the brake caliper. Use an adapter if necessary.•press the pump lever 10-15 times to create a vacuum in the master cylinder reservoir. •unscrew the bleed valve 1\/4-1\/2 turn so that the master cylinder reservoir fills with fluid to a height of approximately 5 cm. Tighten the bleed valve. •disconnect the pump hose from the bleed valve; the caliper bleed procedure is complete. •before repeating the bleed procedure on the next caliper empty the pump reservoir of brake fluid and top up the brake fluid level in the braking system to the nominal level. technical data index number yt-0673 ean5906083906732 brand yato gross weight (kg) 1.4500 master carton mc10 pal120 pressure [mpa] 0-0.20-0.41 packaging bmc number of elements [pcs] 16","brand":"Yato","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":53829923570011,"sku":"5906083906732","price":41.99,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0549\/0219\/4369\/files\/ART_WZR_328574.jpg?v=1787134504","url":"https:\/\/www.glemoshop.com\/products\/vacuum-pressure-pump-16-parts","provider":"Glemo","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
