Steps is popular for land-based fitness but also in the water! with the beco aqua-step steps exercises can also be performed in the water. The aqua-step is made of durable hard plastic and is resistant to chlorine and uv radiation. The aqua-step is placed on the bottom of the swimming pool. Due to the step's own weight (6 kg) it sinks to the bottom. There are 8 small suction cups on the underside of the aqua-step that keep it standing firmly on the bottom. The beco aqua-step can be used for aqua fitness and rehabilitation activities. With the aqua-step it is possible to perform training focused on coordination balance strength and endurance.
