The finis freestyler paddles jr are specially designed for front crawl training for juniors/children and adults with smaller hands. Thanks to the special design with a long fin shape and surf skegs your hand flies forward through the water increasing the distance per stroke. It stimulates a strong pull and push movement and better hip rotation while swimming. The narrow profile of the paddles prevents shoulder strain. Due to the hydrodynamic shape water resistance is reduced and the hand flies forward making each stroke longer. Thanks to the surf skeg design the paddles offer direct feedback by streamlining and straightening the entry of the hands into the water. Additionally the freestyler paddles improve body position by streamlining the hand entry. This creates a balanced body position in the water and prevents crossover of the arms.
