3-month package. Provides 3 months of vegetarian food for one person. All cans feature an easy-to-open lid and can be resealed with the designated plastic lids. The food is canned under vacuum and nitrogen in 1.2-liter cans. This ensures a minimum long-term shelf life of 15 years. Hot or cold water is required for preparation.
