Finis Agility Paddles Yellow

The finis agility floating paddles are hand paddles without straps and are ideal for use during swimming training. The hand paddles are ergonomically designed to teach a good early forearm position to increase stroke efficiency and for strength training of the arm muscles. Use the hand paddles during your swimming training to build strength in the arm muscles and/or to learn the correct arm positions for the various swimming strokes. The floating agility hand paddles can be used for breaststroke backstroke front crawl and butterfly. The hand paddles are made of high-quality and durable abs plastic for frequent use in the swimming pool lake or sea. Because the hand paddles are made of floating material they do not sink and you can also use them when swimming in open water. The hand paddles provide immediate feedback; the paddles stay in place if you keep a high elbow during the pull phase of the arm stroke. If you have not yet mastered this technique the paddle will fall off your hand indicating that you need to practice this a bit more; this is also known as the early forearm position. The paddles float and can be put back on quickly and easily. The convex design provides greater awareness of the execution of the swimming stroke allowing imperfections in the stroke to be noticed. The paddles feature a streamlined opening for the thumb creating proper hand placement. Apply pressure with your palm to keep the paddles securely in place but do not try to grip them tightly.
