Beco flex hand paddles with a hydrodynamic shape for optimal swimming training. Can be used for arm strength training during breaststroke front crawl and butterfly. Using these hand paddles increases the propulsion surfaces. This allows you to generate more propulsion and swim faster. You also have to exert more force to move forward.
