Finish Posture Trainer

The finis posture trainer corrects and improves proper head-spine alignment during swimming. Good body alignment is very important for an efficient swimming stroke. When the posture trainer is attached to the center of the back of the head it is not noticeable until the swimmer exceeds the range of the recommended body position. By keeping the head in the correct position throughout the entire swimming movement the position of the spine is corrected causing the hips to rise. This leads to good body alignment in the water reduced resistance and increased propulsion. The finis posture trainer can be used for technique training in swimming strokes such as front crawl back crawl breaststroke and butterfly. Good body alignment in the water reduces resistance and increases propulsion. The versatility of the posture trainer allows for use in all four swimming strokes and fits comfortably on the head with or without goggles.
