With the finis foam pull buoy senior you can optimally train your arms. Place the pull buoy between your legs and the buoyancy will lift your legs bringing your body into a straight line. With a pull buoy you keep your legs still allowing you to concentrate on arm training and strengthen your arm muscles. Additionally you can effectively train hip rotation.
